My favorite sleeping position was my back but my spine is odd so I usually find myself sleeping on my left side the most. But ofc, I workout so my shoulders are often hurting from inflammation, so I'm constantly shifting from side to side to back to side to back to side to side, etc. It's not uncommon for me to wake up like
ehhhhh my shoulderrrr

I typically sleep on my back with one of the curved/cervical pillows. Right now I'm sleeping a bit more on my side because I'm really congested from a cold.

I sleep on my stomach, primarily on the left side facing the right. But I have an issue going on with my ear and a tooth that needs to be pulled so my ear regularly blocks and I have to open it so I find I’ll roll to the other side in the same position
