Go on holiday over the hottest time of year. I have friends in Dubai and they travel in August and other hot months due to heat and humidity. If not travelling, keep inside during most of the day and keep air on on. Do everything else when temp drops a little or at least no sun out.

Close the curtains during the hottest part of the day and siesta. Work from dawn until around 11am then from around 3pm to sunset if I work outside or 9-5 if I'm in an office. It's a no brain solution.
