I've cut ties with people before which were good people but unfortunately, things just fell apart, if the person is doing well now, id rather not bring complications, I think stuff happens for a reason and the ways things are seems for the best, unless the person is worse than when we cut ties I don't believe contacting again is necessary, although I wouldn't mind catching up and know how they are doing, on can only hope better.
