A lumber cart, like what you'd find at Home Depot.

My dad had one for about 20 years, but he's in his mid-70s now and past the point where he's going to be working on large projects, so we got rid of the old lumber and sold the cart. Me and the buyer had to get it in his pickup, and the buyer wasn't all that helpful, so it mostly fell on me to get it up in the bed. It weighs about 150 pounds but it's kind of awkward, so I levered up one set of wheels onto the tailgate and then had to pick up the other end. It was heavy but not super difficult.
My Panasonic RS-806US 8-Track recorder if I’m not mistaken. Shortly before that I was pulling a large wagon full of groceries for about a kilometre, mostly along uphill grades, but I guess that doesn’t count as I didn’t actually lift it off the ground. I’m spent though; it was a particularly heavy load.

Some 60lbs dumbbells.. Or something..
Ima need to go on a bulk before I can curl that much 🤣

*cries in carpal tunnel*
*Laughs in mobile wrist*
Something that really helped me with my curl max was to train with a focus on intensity over volume, aiming for 1-3 reps/max and even incorporating cheat controls (controlled) with some momentum to allow me to lift heavier weights. Another method I learned from arm wrestlers is to use two hands to lift a dumbbell so heavy we can't lift it with one, then slowly lower the weight with one arm focusing on negatives.
I used to curl more like a bodybuilder throughout school aiming for 8-12 reps/max and was plateaued at around 15kg the whole time. Then I started learning from arm wrestlers and powerlifters how they trained and trained that way and went from 15kg 1RM to around 30kg just in the course of around 3 months, doubling my strict curl 1RM even though I actually didn't have to train as hard to do it as I used to do throughout school being a curl monkey.
@GuyAnswersGirls123 That's pretty good, I usually do things similar to that as well.. Helps me get some more reps in..
The older man had a seizure, and I was just close enough to catch him... I didn't really pick him up but I kept his weight on me for some time... People are heavy
@Billlewis can you explain to me why I should follow you?
@Billlewis I like the way you formulate your thoughts. What does a person like you do in this place?
I followed you, enjoy
I deadlifted 2Blue-2Yellow-2Green-2Black pounds at the gym the other day. The rubber weights for the deadlift stage are all metric, so I don’t even count, I just go by the colors, haha
I literally moved the entire furniture around the house a few times these few past days... not sure which one was the heavier but some funny angles can feel way heavier than actual weight
Probably an 800 ish lb marble slab. Did it with help as it is far to large for me to lift it alone. That was the mantle for the fire place I built into our house

A glass tray...💀💀💀
A car tire I think. It wasn't that heavy, but the heaviest thing I've lifted in a while that I can remember.
What have I picked up recently? Nothing very heavy; she was, maybe, 110 pounds.
Outside of pullups, probably my race gear, 42lbs.
Was squatting 365 last week if that counts.
Well, I haven’t done weight training in a while, so I guess a gallon of water and an actual ladder
Last thing I picked up was 2 jugs of gas. One in each hand. About 40 lbs a piece. So 80 lbs.
I’ve learned better most of the time… but probably 80# bags of cement. A mistake of course… or people…
Actually lifted? Not counting weights, an old refrigerator.
MY PAYCHECK... VERY KIDDING
