I JUST had to chime in on this one. Before I proceed in full disclosure - I truly appreciate the words of encouragement and positive information you have shared with me 'PP'. Also; I am in NO WAY saying this didn't happen as I am/was not there. Additionally in my opinion this isn't the forum for such a question, try the Housing and Urban Development website.
I live in the greater Dallas, TX area. For those not in Dallas reading this, please take it from me to stay away -traffic is insane and people die daily on the roads. Back to the point.
While driving and listening to radio; the airwaves have a radio-spot formally warning the female audience about 'sexual harrassment' (SH) by landlords. I realize that it's radio and for FCC reasons they have too 'keep it clean'; BUT one tag line on the radio spot went to the effect of - 'My landlord said that my rent would be free if I made it worth his time' (a. k. a 'statement' for the purposes of this segment). The spot goes further to say that she filed a complaint about sexual harrassment regarding her landlord, and subsequently the harassment stopped.
Looking at the statement formally - no solicitation of sex was formally in that statement. Contextually, it could be interpreted in that manner, and the way SH is NOW codified (feel free to look it up); it is left ENTIRELY up to the person, or group, the statement is directed towards to determine IF THEY feel SH'ed.

I can't begin to imagine what a train wreck this is! Lets say for the sake of argument that Lady A is late on her rent, heck lets add in Bob B as well. Hey - I can assert a claim of SH against the landlord, and that will mitigate my requirement to pay rent. And then in Dallas (TX), I can then ride out the rent issue while I pursue the SH claim, AND draw out this 'non-payment' of rent longer in Dallas County Renters Court (NOTE: 3 months backlog easily). In Dallas County the allegation of SH as it relates to rental contracts (rent) is leveled THOUSANDS of times a day. Said another way, it's means of being a dead-beat renter. Not Say'in it's you 'PP'.
If you ever wondered why some of us in the general public are jugdemental and cast dispersions on others; this is the perfect example. SH exists, no doubt about it; I'm not saying SH doesn't exist. But In corporate America the 'SH route' is THE most often used method to subvert the normal process of fair adjudication in HR departments. Now it's meandered into rental contracts and the renters court. WHAT NEXT?
My point is, it's my thoughts that you are compounding the issue with your question, but what the HECK, It's already has to be out there on the web huh? Question: Do you REALLY want to stay in an apartment in which the landlord wants 'a bit on the side'? Ever had a guy at a bar do the same? Did you level SH accusations against him, or just pay your tab and walk? What are you looking for 'PP'; external validation of what you already know?
Everyone has house rules for Monopoly. Hasboro doesn't always approve though...
I imagine that might not keep the game short, but it should make it sweet!
if a woman say was unable to pay her rent, and the landlord just happens to be hot in her opinion, and let's say has given her the sense he finds her hot, well, she has a very good way then to compensate her landlord for the rent other than with money! Now, many people would in public disagree with this concept i am sure, but a woman that has a healthy, high, dtrong sex drive would not i think consider this alternative wrong! We women have been blessed with a talent men are obsessed with, so if she sees a benefit beyond just paying her rent sexually, I would have to say that I see nothing wrong or immoral at all with this alternative for payment of her rent!
I can say this with confidence, in that I was in this situation years ago a few times in China, where i was born and lived until 8 years ago when i left China and moved to Canada, where I still live! Having a high strong sex drive and constant sex urges since I was a teenager, I had no hesitation paying my rent this alternative way, taking care of 2 birds with one stone, and definitely enjoyed paying my rent this way compared to scrambling stressfully to find money for the rent due! And when you think about it, why not? A perfect situation if married would be to obtain a private mortgage for a house for husband and yourself to buy and live in, and be fortunate enough to make monthly arrangements with the mortgagor to use sex to pay the monthly mortgage, a great way to build monetary equity! If the wife and lender can come to an agreeable arrangement, there could be great benefits in an arrangement of that nature!!
That’s fucking disgusting of him. You should report it. Pretty sure that’s illegal, if not just outright unethical.
You should try some rent split pay options (for example pay on the 1st and 15th of the month). There’s also apps like Flex and other rent split pay apps.
There are also payday loans. Those have really high interest but you can always settle or defer it to when you can pay in whole.
Lastly maybe try to sell some things in the meantime, try getting some work online, etc. There’s TONS of jobs online nowadays.
Not sure how much of a rut you’re in but those are some suggestions.

The alternative rule set for monopoly allows this, also landing on free parking is a potential dogging session, go to jail is pillow case over the head time and bent over dining table. As the banker I offer good rates if you want an undeclared loan, lip smacking rates. Yes you need a hair band or two.
I can relate to your frustration. I have a bit of a situation myself when it comes to playing Scrabble with Mother. She keeps pulling out high-scoring words like "QUINCZHEES" and "ZAZZY." I suspect she has even carved her own Scrabble letters.
Sometimes I boil water in a large pot and stick my face over it. Then I sweat out all those nasty whore words, like ZAZZY. And I just let it all sweat out of my skin, nasty whore words that don't exist.

You are going to have to establish a currency conversion of sorts such as a ruined HJ equals Baltic Avenue and Park Place with a hotel is one hour of whatever the F he wants. Using these points of reference you can extrapolate a payment plan for each property. Good luck. (You are the “shoe” aren’t you).

A House Rule of Monopoly is that all forms of payment are acceptable.
