Does anyone you know LIKE doing restroom checks?
I mean she never does it.

Actually I've had jobs where I loved going to work and looked forward to mondays, but I get your drift. She's just lazy. It happens. Every job always has at least one.
You are right people don't like restroom check. But it is easier than some other stuff so why
Maybe she doesn't want to deal with other people's shite. Literally.
She always have something to say if other people didn't do something else though
of course, because if other people stop doing a lazy person's job, she'll have to do it
