Is there any correlation between a person's ancestry and blood type?

I read somewhere that certain blood types are more prevalent among certain ethnic groups (for example, most Native Americans are nearly exclusively in the O group, whereas B blood type appears to be more common in Asia).. Could this mean that in the past one of my ancestors might have been South Asian or Roma (considering the fact I am B blood type, never get sunburnt, but get very dark in the sun, have black hair, eyes and lactose intolerance)?

It’s not correlated with ethnicity. It is however correlated with a common blood origin that is related to ethnicity, as in groups that originated in certain parts of the world adopted certain blood types as an adaptation. For example, you’ll notice that Middle Eastern and Latin American nations have predominantly type O blood, in comparison with Western Europeans who predominantly type A. You should just do one of those ancestry tests.

Blood type is a pretty simple genetic trait, and naturally, different ethnicities are going to have different genes, since that's literally what makes them different.
