It’s crazy this was one app I could stay away from. I think it was due to someone I HATEDDD in my family who had used it (maybe when it was new? / came out)? Anyways, because of that I felt grossed out by it. Also didn’t see the point. Then it changed its name and I really didn’t see a point. Sad they sold it to that nerd! (Lol I love him, but he really didn’t need twitter; he has Tesla and pay pal for cryin out louddd 😆).

I tried using instagram threads and it just got old too quick. Mixed feelings about typing my thoughts out like that for anyone to see. Shouldn’t be X should just be:

‘Unpatented ideas to steal’/

‘I wear my heart on my sleeve’ app

🤷‍♀️ oh and,

another reason to roast me

another tool to bully me

another pathway to scam me.

I just reminded myself why social media isn’t always good lol.

But the black and white words of a person’s soul, mind, and character? Unfiltered? For anyone to spew on? Doesn’t seem like the app and I could ever mesh.

Although I do love the font and color now. Less overwhelming and more calm.

Yes, many people still use the platform. I only visit it maybe once every few months, to check on game updates.

Yea, x is pretty cool honestly. I just like being on an app where I feel like I actually am talking to normal people and not just a bunch of far lefties or far righties.

They both exist on there, but it's mostly just normal people being normal, not trying to show off or be extra.

Kinda gives me hope that we can all get along one day the way we used to. Where just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean you have to hate them.

Some posts get spammed with bots though which is annoying. And the community notes are crazy useful, sometimes actually, they're funny as hell.

And every once in a while, Elon posts something that makes you do a double take lol.

Kinda reminds me of what the internet felt like whan I was a kid. It's fun.

Yeah, but I don't really go on, unless a link to something I want to read takes me there. I feel like (before and after Musk) Twitter/X is a horrible place to try to have any sort of reasonable conversation with people.
