Girls, I have tried conversing with girls but I never seem to bring them home from the party, is that a bad thing and how can I fix that?

Perhaps that those girls are fully aware what would happen to them if they accompany you home.

Try looking into local relationship coach classes. Behavioral counseling. Those can help as you are given kind feedback to what you might be doing wrong.
