I get paranoid about hurting other people so that always gave me some difficulty driving big vehicles (although I'm an adrenaline junkie and don't mind driving small ones as well as extreme sports).

I can drive them but I just get really risk-averse and very careful not to make mistakes. Maybe 5/10.

Also as an engineer, I could never work a mission-critical job where a mistake I made would cost someone else's life. I'd end up still being worried that I made a mistake even after quadruple-checking and exhaustively testing. I might be around 9/10 there.

On things that put myself at risk, not others, I'm like a 0/10. It's mostly hurting other people, not myself, that I'm worried about.

I'm the type of guy where, even when I'm in the drunken brawl, if I knock the guy who attacked me down by pushing him, I get paranoid that I might have hurt him and ask him if he's okay. Actually I did that once trying to help him back up and he ended up sucker punching me in the face. I can't fight worth a damn as a result in real-world fights for that reason. I get paranoid that I hurt the other person. I don't mind if I get hurt.

I get injured all the time; I've broken almost every major bone in my body and missing a toe now. Like I wish I took more pics and these are just tiny little bruises but I get them all the time. I don't have a tat on my chest but just scribbled my alias last year when I got in the brawl to show I'm not a catfish.


So I've never been too worried about getting hurt or dying but I am downright paranoid about accidentally hurting, or my worse nightmare, killing someone else. That's my biggest fear in life so anything I do that risks that always makes me worried.

😅See thing is, I can't put it on a scale even for practical reasons. It is not a steady behavior/thought pattern in order to put it on a scale so it wouldn't be accurate, but when it happens to me, when I go through that downward spiral, there are certain cases it can happen to a huge degree.
