My thing is, just give the poor kid a chance at being normal.

If they realize they like playing with the other toys, give some gentle encouragement but if they still want to play with the other toys, let them do it.

They're kids, they don't know anything. They're still figuring out how to stop sitting in their pants, all boy or girl means to you at that age is which group you gravitate towards in a purely platonic, social setting.

You know how stupid I was when I was a kid? I asked my mom why my penis got big randomly and she told me it means I'm happy. I'm like, you mean like when a dog wags it's tail? She said yes... And I believed her till I was probably almost 11.

People need to stop with this shit. It's disgusting. And I'm a total nymphomaniac. Kids shouldn't have these topics shoved in the if faces. They need to figure these things out naturally so they can develop their own personality and have confidence in it.

When you try to decide for them or you give no structure whatsoever, they're both incredibly shitty starting points to build off of.

All toys are gender neutral, buy them the toys they pick off the shelves themselves or point at on the computer.

Choosing for them makes no sense, you could end up buying a hotwheels car racetrack set when they really wanted a jp t. rex.

Let them decide. Dont restric toy acces for your political reasons. If they choose dolls they get one, of they want the red loud fire engine fine by me. Who am I to deny them fun if the cost for me is the same or similar.

Not at all- they should be given what they like and ask for, regardless of whether it's typically for their sex. He wants a Barbie? Get him one. She wants some Hot Wheels? Get 'em. Interests are just interests; a toy won't do any harm.

When you're a baby, all toys are gender neutral. when the kid gets a little older, they can choose for themselves what kind of toys they'd prefer.
