Does anyone else still follow a person who blocked you?

There was an annoying member who is still active, I won't name them, but their deactivated accounts throughout the years including something like jessiibell and lenanolena, bombarded this site with pеdophile questions, asking hundreds of users in private messages about getting a massage from a grandma and opinion on allowing seniles to seduce her kids who just entered puberty. The other week, this person followed me and I followed back automatically, to receive unexpected messages and their offensive sodomite questions. I asked them, "are you also known as lenanolena?" After which I got blocked. But I'm still following them and getting notified by their gross questions.
