Time.

I multitask so much, have grand ambitions, overwork myself, and set myself stressful deadlines with perfectionist level expectations.

But when I finish something while adhering to all of that, I feel a huge sense of joy over it. My favorite artworks, designs, and ideas are the result of that.

So, do you have blood pressure problems?

Nah. It's normal. Just my heartrate speeds up due to social anxiety & other types of environmental caused anxiety. For instance, if I'm in a room & I cannot see all points of entry & exit, I will feel uncomfortable & the stress will speed up my heartrate a bit. I have hyperacusis so if I'm in an unpredictable environment, my heartrate will be elevated. And other factors especially (what my mind deems as) high pressure situations makes it so that it speeds up.

I got what you are saying, have you tried any meds? Is this accompanied by shortness of breath? Maybe you are having a mini panic attack

Nah, I prefer to stay away from meds tbh. I always like trying to tackle the root cause or coping in other ways if I can't. But yeah, the panic attacks are something I'm just used to now. 🤣 My nervous system is sensitive af.

Yes, medicines are not good with all their side effects. Some people may have symptoms like yours at a certain age and they will change or go away, I hope it gets better for you 🙂

Yeah, I'll pick my poison by avoiding some. 🤣 But yeah I'll be good. My body feels certain ways but my mind is strong. It's why I always look calm even when my body reacting however it does.

That's what kept me out of the draft. I was borderline, so they sent me to the side to relax. HAH! Then it went through the roof in anticipation!!! ( My doctor had said they wouldn't take me due to congenital muscle problems and congenital flat feet. )

Honestly, I can handle that, it's when people get an attitude about it. That's where my anger issues start to surface a little. Because my fuse will get so short.
