In germany from the "Deutsche Wetterdienst".

The german agency for wether and climate.

They got a couple dozen stations that collect data and said data is fed into a big super computer which puts them all together and than meterologists can get the data and analyse them.

It is off from official weather stations in so many places in Turkey

In the US, all meteorological reports come from the national weather center and the people that want to report on that use that pretty much solely as their reference. It looks like these guys might have 2 different weather balloons with different length tethers.
