Cleaning my earphones foam ear tips. It's such a tedious process. Cleaning them is a must to save money since 10 of them cost $16. But if I just had an endless supply of money, I'd simply buy new ones & would never re-use them.

Insight: I have extreme hyperacusis so I need equipment like this to be able to better function around people. I've found that foam tip iems are the best at helping me manage my hyperacusis.

My phone. I use that thing too much, but it's so hardwired in my habits because everyone and everything is online. I tried quitting using it often, but every time I get lonely because I then feel like I'm isolated from the world and am not able to speak with my friends. My job is online, my study courses are online, my friends chat online. Everything goes through Google, email, WhatsApp and Instagram. So it's almost impossible to be offline from your phone or you are isolated.
