Gacy for sure and this is of course very much influenced by my own bias, as Bundy is about equal but the major difference is Bundy wouldn't kill me I am not a woman.
Gacy however would kill me. But Gacy is also not scary to any woman as he wouldn't kill them.
So really depends what your sex is.
