Just a FYI I put Trump in as a joke. So far three people are either voting to go along with the joke OR they really believe Trump is a mass murderer.

I would like to believe the former but I’ve seen so much leftist stupidity over the last years it’s likely the latter.

I will say I’m surprised more people didn’t vote for Hitler. The whole world (rightfully) knows about the Nazi Holocaust. But fewer people know about China’s Great Leap Forward and/or Holodomor.

Also I should of titled this as “Mass Murders committed under Modern Dictators”.

Genghis Kahn killed at least 40 million people. But that was a much different comparison. He was more about conquest. This is about regimes.

Hitler doesn't come close to being one of the most murderous people in history. Genghis Khan and Alexander the Great killed more than him, not that he didn't do a lot of evil. But Hitler is like number ten on the list of mass murderers, if that.

My first guess would be Mao, for the 100 million who died during his brutal reign as a communist state in China. Second would be Stalin, who I believe was responsible for 12 million deaths in the USSR. Third would be Hitler, who was responsible for the Holocaust plus indirectly for other deaths in WWII.

Stalin was a very close second to Mao. But when you account for China’s Great Leap Forward that killed upward of 55 million people Mao takes 1st place.

Now the Great Leap Forward wasn’t setup to intentionally kill people (for the most part). But the fact that Mao and his comrades couldn’t own up to the government mandated cataclysmic mistake makes him very guilty in my opinion.

I can cite an article that makes a compelling argument, but since Christians did the majority of their pillaging, raping and murdering before mankind was recording births and deaths reliably, and long before we ever considered compiling statistics on crime, there’s very little proof that they’ve ever done anything wrong, ever. It’s also widely understood that history is written by the victors. Since no single group or organization throughout human history has won more than the church of Christianity, any thought that they’ve ever done wrong is borderline ridiculous. Isn’t it?

What I think it is, is that left wing types do not like strict following of rules and laws. They do not like anything that sounds like traditionalism. They seem to view an orderly society as much too constrictive and therefore equate anyone who is in favor of law and order instead of a free for all as a fascist. Anyone who uses a drone to kill and Iranian general is a fascist and deadly warmonger, never mind that general helped plot attacks on American bases that killed Americans. It’s more important to hold hands and sing kum by ya.

Anyone who thinks citizens should not compete against foreign nationals for jobs is certainly a racist. Anyone should just be able to come at any time. No questions asked.

These types of things scare the crap out of feeling oriented soft and sensitive leftist types.
