No I've never been a competitive person. As a kid I use to get in trouble in PE class because I didn't want to play any of the sports or on purpose id let the other team win 😂

Yes, everyone is. Even if they say they aren’t. Not competitive with other people, competitive with yourself. I do not believe you can develop as a person without competition because if you don’t see any standard as higher than the standard you’re currently at, how will you know what to change?
Yea your right I can be competitive. I just dont like to compete in conversations. I'd just walk away if I'm not being included.

Sort of. But there's "Friendly Competition" and then just Crazy Blind Aggression. Most people have the FC but not CBA. Two examples of FC are:
1. As a former student athlete (approx. 18-20), I kept a super rigorous workout, diet, etc. ... was contractually bound to hit a certain speed and so on. After graduation, one enters the real world and those physical expectations are replaced with work deadlines and less rigorous physical activity -- usually time at the gym. Now (and you all can see my age... so many many moons later), I'm not going to be my same fabulous 18-year-old self (sarcastic hair flip), and that's ok because I set an expectation for myself and only try to beat my own time within reason from the previous week, let's say. HOWEVER... some young thing hops onto the treadmill looking all fresh and perky, I will damned well run that extra 45 minutes just to prove to myself that the 18 year old me is still bumping around in my soul. It makes no sense (especially after I've already run my own 45 minute session, but I'll keep running till the kid hops back off the treadmill, ponytail swinging.
2. At work it's a little different because there's no one else in my position, what I do is kind of niche, etc., however among the people working for me there's a lot of FC because they're all looking for the perk of a new project assignment, a good review (which may lead to a promotion), etc.
Basically FC is there to help motivate a person to maintain or carve out a better life for themselves.
(By contrast, CBA requires therapy because it's toxic.)I think I could share my competitiveness with at least a few people who don't have it at all :D
I'm very competitive. I think everyone deep down can be competitive about something.
I agree that everyone has a bit of competitiveness in them. However, some people can be toxic about it and others just participate in friendly competition. The former is bad in my opinion, while the latter is okay and can even be healthy.
I can be when it comes to something I'm really good at, but for the most part, I don't have much of a competitive streak in me.
Sometimes competitiveness brings out the best in people. But like everything, it can become excessive.
You answered your own question... It's about how much they care.
It’s a girl that was competing against my friend. Friend constantly ignored her bullying, stalking, and etc. she still married to the same man. That girl did that for almost 14 years
Yeah, breakout the cards or board games and I turn into a different person. 👹☠️
Believe it or not some people have no competitive tendencies at all.
Depends if I really love something such as a sport, game, board game, and of course boba lolz.
I think you have to have that if you truly want to succeed in life.
I am very competitive lol
Man, that’s a run on sentence if I’ve ever seen one
