There isn't any specific look for any age, so you can't look (insert age).
Also number ratings on looks are subjective, and because AIs can't actually think, they aren't capable of having opinions, so it just picked a random number.

They are very surprised at my true age.

Then there might be some accuracy to the AI assessment. I'd say it's pretty decent score. The best thing is the slow aging though
