IVs. I DREAD Intravenous medicine. I've had to have IVs often, and each time I get so anxious an air bubble from the line will go into my vein and kill me, or my body will reject the IV medicine and i will die.

I hate needles, and fear the metal piece breaking off (unknowingly) from the syringe. I hate having to get blood taken because i get super stressed they are taking too much, damaging my veins, or putting my life at risk.

Needles / IVs scare me so badly. I'm medicated when I have to do these things, but it isn't easy.

I don’t really carry fear. Unfortunately that has led to some experiences i don’t care to repeat and instilled not just meaningful fear, but deep empathy for people trying to escape Mexico.
I’m definitely not recommending looking them up. But there are videos on the internet of cartels torturing and killing people slowly and brutally. They do so with impunity because of corruption and sheer mortal fear. I do not want to be tortured and killed slowly. But if i am, i at least want to believe there will be some form of justice in the end.
AGAIN, don’t go looking that sh*t up! You can’t unsee it. It will live in your mind for days. You’ll see it when you close your eyes to sleep. You’ll hear it in every silence. Morbid curiosity will cost you a big chunk of your humanity. It’s not worth it.

Having to go to one of our brothers or sisters' home and inform them that their loved one was either injured on the job or not coming home.
It's bad enough to tell someone's loved one or family that despite doing everything humanly possible it just wasn't enough.
I had to tell a mother that her son died/passed away (of an overdose) on Mother's Day.
That one sucked big time.

  🤣 it started when one fell on me. I don't mind if they stick to the walls. But they don't. They fall off 😂. The first time one fell on me, it stuck to my arm, it just won't let go, no matter how hard I tried to shake it off. I guess, that instilled the fear in me. After that I started keeping count of how many lizards fell on me. 2014 was the worst, 273 lizards fell on me in 1 year 🥲. Wayyyyy tooo manyyyy

  I was falsely accused in college and could do nothing want it other than have my lawyer convince her and her lawyer to have the ex parte PPO changed to a temporary restraining order so I wouldn’t be arrested on our tiny campus for no good reason. I would wake up every morning having to rush to the toilet to dry heave thinking I was going to throw up with the idea that I could be arrested on my way to class.
