Did anyone else figure out this site doesn't represent reality?

I realised this site is full of women who love to man hate, and men who struggle with getting sex and gfs. Full of people who think they are right in everything and hate to be told something that doesn't fit their narrative.

My personal favourite is the people who put in their question the phrase "be brutally honest" then block you when you are. Surely "I can't handle truth so tell me what I want to hear" would be better?

Last one I was blocked by is the only one I got pissed by. Not for blocking me - not my loss - but because I got reported and shut out for 48 hours because I posted a question that didn't do enough to hide her username.

Apparently the fact the screenshot I shared showed her saying she wanted to ☠️ me wasn't enough reason to let it slide.

Double standards piss me off. We're all - mostly - adults here. If you ask a dumb question you can expect answers you don't like.

This is reality for some people. Reality is a spectrum of many different experiences and one person's reality might not fit their narrative of how they see or experience reality. I'm sure someone that lives in a thrift world country would say their reality is different than yours. (If you're living in a place with electricity, access to clean water and food, shelter etc)

Well isn't sadness part of reality? Also this site isn't reality in the sense of their whole reality. You don't live in the app. You just interact with it. Some people online in general just say stuff online to irritate people. It's why no one should take the site too seriously. That said everyone has different perceptions of reality. Me and you or anyone can't say they're perception of what's around us is correct or good vs anyone else. Also, it's just life. People aren't going to see things your way always. It's not worth worrying about in my opinion

I think that's pretty much everywhere online where people can talk to each other anonymously. If you don't know the people there irl, there's no reason to filter what you say. And if there's no reason to have a filter, it'll attract people who'd otherwise need to filter themselves.
