I automatically assume the mens accounts are women and vice versa. People lie about their age, can the opinions be trusted or is everyone and everything a catfish to pull you in.

That depends on what they are talking about. If they are reporting their own beliefs, I can't argue with that. If they are reporting events of their own lives, I believe them unless what they are reporting is implausible. If they are reporting external events, then I will check reputable sources.

accounts pretending to be someone they aren't such as men and womens accounts or putting themselves as a different age. A fair few on this site and catfishing happens online in general.

In my experience it's 90% disprovng what they say
