We had a rare downdraft wind event from a thunderstorm a few years ago that did significant damage to the home. Sounded like the dragons from game of throwns in the trees just screeching at the house. Never heard anything like it. So when they give high wind warning (even if that is completely different type of wind) my stomach does a flip now.

Update:- I get the fear of spiders, but with heights, is it being up high just looking down, or is it that you have the urge to jump? They are two separate things.
