They are both extrememly bad but "Happy wife, Happy life" one I believe is slightly worse because it's not taken into account the husband's happiness and it's basically saying that only the woman should be happy in a marriage for it to thrive which is just bullshit. This is why a lot of men are opting out of marriage because of sayings like that along with all the other negative things that comes with marriage for a man.
