Do you have a beer belly maybe? That could indeed produce a trembling.

Sounds like a palpitation to me. Keep an eye on it.. It may never happen again.

What you described.. Seems very much like a palpitation.. Another name for a type of heart flutter.. Most times it's nothing. But if it happens more regularly it is worth getting checked out.

Yeah it happened when I was about to put the tank top on my chest the girl above thinks it's beer belly?
Yeah I did read that, although I have no idea what the significance of having a Beer Belly would have with regards to a palpitation.
