i mean shit can go wrong in any surgery. typically they just work like normal but you gotta exchange the implants after a period of time plus your tits most likely look like a scarred asymmetrical abomination afterwards. like there's so many porn stars who got their tits made and i am not aware of a single one who looked better after. they all got worse.

i would say that korean surgeons are pretty popular and i guess the best you can get is them looking hot wearing a bra. but you'll always see the scars when naked.
