I am both. I stay true to myself but simultaneously have no problem treating you by your own values. So if you want to claim for removal of free speech in something i moderate, I'd have no problem instantly permanently banning your account. After all you just said you don't value the ability to speak.

But I do stay true to my own values so I'm not the one to get in physical fights for example. I'm not the revengeful type and especially if I can tell you are not being yourself I stay myself to make sure I can rebalance you to who you actually are.

So it depends on a ton of stuff and if you are being yourself or not.

Right side, easy. It’s more liberating. You can make the choice to choose good despite, and be your own self, or make any choice of punishment/ correction, and such. That’s the one I lean more towards. Left side sometimes work as own medicine though, and if they complain it’s easy to throw and justify that one as- well you did it! That’s what you do! I was just copying you! 😂

I think it really depends on the situation.

The left only applies if you know that what happened to you was out of malice and it is not a violent crime but a betrayal nonetheless, otherwise you would only be letting them walk all over you if you engage with the idea on the right.
