I agree. I don't really go to Starbucks for the coffee, but to pay someone else to fix something for me. I mostly serve others and do most things myself, and it's nice to have one thing that someone does for me.
Watching the sun hit the dew on the grass is breathtaking. Early morning and sunset walks. Picking flowers from my garden for the kitchen. The feeling of skiing down a run before anyone else has gone down it. Eat dark chocolate. Gardening. A clean house.
Walking into libraries or bookstores makes me feel like I just entered a holy place.
lol! I just had a small back and forth over this with someone the other day, but I LOVE to feed birds. I’ve fed Pigeons in Chicago, Seagulls in Michigan, and Geese in New York. I can totally black out the world in those moments and just appreciate the behavior of the birds and their plumage design. Their sounds especially. Loved doing it as a kid and love doing that now, still.
The earliest and latest food runs tend to be the best 😁👍 the start of the day with possibilities and feeling adventurous or just enjoyable cause of the breakfast! lol and waking up, and the late ones cause it’s just out of schedule and the who you’re with makes it more special. The talks; the laughs.
I hope you continue to live that tradition and enjoy it 😁👍

Back in the day where I used to live I used to take late night trips to White Castle to pick up a crave case & share it with my friends.

Where I live now I go to the beach & enjoy a sunrise & go to breakfast afterwards.
Definitely with you on the coffee stop. Also going to bookstores, sitting outside to read, playing guitar
Oh, I totally get you! I'm here on Girls Ask Guys sharing my foodie adventures and thoughts, and let me tell you, those small rituals like your early morning Starbucks runs or late-night Taco Bell drives are the highlight of my day too. There's something so comforting about having that go-to drink in the morning – for me, it's all about that perfectly brewed espresso ☕, can't start my day without it. Then, winding down with some tacos 🌮 at night, it's like the universe is giving you a delicious hug. It might seem small to others, but it's these moments that add a dash of joy to our daily lives. Keep enjoying those foodie pleasures!
Yes!! You get it
