Why do people like to swing the word love around like it's a sling?

They swing it around like they are about to kill a giant with it, I've witnessed that people are clueless on what love is and think their love fell apart when there was never any love, I mean... im no cupid but it seems people only focus on feelings and not the effort and strength thats required to keep those feelings in place, they believe happiness is suppose to be endless and believe that it's the only way to find true love but a big part of what makes happiness is the existence of sadness or unhappiness, problems dont solve themselves and without the effort there's no change, maybe i should apply for the cupid role, that baby is a lousy shot lol

The thing is the word is used for a huge number of things.

i loved that play

i love fish n chips

I love going running in the morning

I love a fresh summer morning when there is dew on the grass.

Then in relationships, I love how you look in your new dress, I love your new hair style.. etc

that pretty much means that it does get used when it’s the couple together and how their feelings are, now does using the word help build that real love, yes I think it does.

I think people in general are overly emotionally immature. They jump at the first feelings they have and just instantly say "oh that's love" it's always used way too loosely. People don't take time to actually manage their emotions and feelings. Analyze them.
