I read somewhere that basically when you turn 20 you’re basically age 0 as an adult. So at 30, you’re a 10 year old adult. Explains why most 30 year olds still don’t have it together just yet tbh… but I feel like by 40 you should at least have your shit together

That's very individual and entirely depending on how well one knows oneself. I didn't really get a grip until I passed 30, not knowing what I wanted to do but knew only that what I had been doing up until that point wasn't what I wanted.
