Self-doubt or Self-Empowerement? Which one do you embody the most in your life?

Usually self empowerment :) But with some things it's fucking difficult. I just had a really difficult situation with a close friend I felt hurt. Social stuff is already a risk and a big effort for me so when things like this happen it's hard. It makes me want to just give up and be alone again. But I talked it through with that person.

Everything else seems easier in life compared to these situations.
