I would file a lawsuit against the daycare or whatever organization it is, go to the police, make the news viral so the place gets shutdown immediately and hire someone to search for the responsible parties that did this. All hell would go loose for sure.

Honestly I actually don't like daycare nor babysitters. If I was working and needed someone to care for my child then it would be my direct family or close childhood friend.

immediately take pics for future evidence and ask my kid about it (and voice record that) then go to the police to press charges and call the principal. also would warn the other parents. hopefully the teacher will be fired very swiftly and the police will take action. also until the teacher is fire, the kid's staying home. if they dont fire the teacher i'll have them switch schools

I’m not parent but if someone did that to my child I’d make sure my child was ok you know make sure their injuries weren’t life threatening. Then I’d have to leave town for a few days and cool off because otherwise I’d kill whoever did it.

And if I found out who did it I’d make sure they knew that if they ever laid so much as a finger on my child ever again that no man or law on earth would save them from me.

I'd ask my wife to call police and a lawyer and I'll go out of town for a few days until I cool off. To prevent doing anything to get myself in trouble and cause problems for my family.

This is probably the biggest, biggest and I mean, biggest reason why I would never put my child in childcare.
Which is sorta ironic because I worked in a childcare facility in my late teens early 20s and absolutely love everything about it. I just don’t have faith in newer people in the field. I’ll be staying home with my child until grade 1.

I'd make extra sure the baby is okay... would also consult every doctor as well, as to what possible effects these could have on the long term, for an infant first things first...
