I ate a ton of salad and fruit and veggies yesterday cause most of our protein was used up 3 days after our Canada Day barbecue. The good news is, I lost 1 pound from eating so many fruits and veggies yesterday.

we're at Wimbledon and it's a sore subject over here 🤷‍♀️ but we saw Jessie Pegula play whose parents own the Buffalo Sabres and the Bills and they played the National Anthem for her which we thought was a classy move

It was way too hot and humid to do much outside. At night, watched the Boston Pops on TV, including their classic 1812 Overture with cannons (howitzers to be specific) and a 20-minute fireworks show over the Charles River.
