Was it wrong to celebrate on a won game you cheated?

It was between my team and someone else's team. The winners of the team get to participate on organizing social events and free meals.

I admitted to cheating by getting the answers. That's how my team was ahead of the game. However, I didn't get away with it. I got caught, my team got penalized (taken away points) and I got eliminated from the game. It was the other team's chance to get two right answers and they failed it both times. Then it was our turn and my friend barely got it right but we still won.

I'm still included as the organizer of the events and free meals. We started celebrating off course. I admitted to smirking at them, laughing at their failure. The other team and a couple people were upset. I got labeled as a cheater. But I already got penalized for that, many points were deducted, is it my fault the other team missed their chance of getting it right TWICE? They were given a fair chance and failed it.
