Look. I’m not dating someone who has the woke mind virus. If someone introduces herself as she/her at first I’m gonna laugh thinking she’s joking, and then I’m probably gonna figure this ain’t for me and gracefully leave.

Especially if it’s they/them. Like for real. Most the time I know I’m going out with a woman. I want someone who shares the same values as I do. Not someone who changes who she is for me…. Or pretends to be someone she’s not.

I think it's more important to share what biological sex you are, so they can make decisions through informed consent. But yeah you should probably share if your pronouns don't match your sex, because that could really indicate a difference in ideologies or a concern for where you might be taking yourself in the future.

If it's obvious what gender you are it's not necessary. I've had obviously female college professors introduce themselves with "she/her" pronouns and it's like, I can literally see that you have boobs and feminine features and clothes but thanks for the heads up.

If it's not obvious what kind of genitals you have or what thing you prefer to be called, you may as well disclose that on the first date or even before when arranging the date.
