I have been involved in a quite a few incidents over the years that made me question my life choices, but I got over it.
I just had a freak accident on the fireground Monday and ended up with a broken leg.
A foot or so either direction and it would have been a whole different outcome.
When I was a bit younger I had panic attacks and I didn't know if they were and apparently nobody else did either. Every time I had one I felt like I was dying and I was terrified. Now I understand what was happening and I also understand how to stop them from happening. My discovery of how to stop them was momentous and changed my life in a very positive way.
I have nearly drown… I literally gave up and just accept im going to die there cuz i already try to resurface and ask for help but go unnoticed.. to which suddenly stranger save me from under..
Also when i first had my panic attack, oh god, the panic attack + real panic = death💀 i legit thought im dying
In the way of acknowledging my mortality, yes. In the sense of this impending fear of “holy shit I’m gonna die if I don’t get help,” no.

Yes, I felt that twice. Once when I had an asthma crisis when I was 12, I had to skip school for a week. Then I was almost hit by a bus at the age of 16.
Holy shit glad you did not get hit by a bus
@Telekinetic-Potato Thank you. It was one of the worst moments of my life.
A really terrifying dream, only on one occasion, thankfully, dreamed I was being electrocuted. Never before or since, and never understood where the sensation of being electrocuted came from in my sleep. Never to be forgotten. Terrifying!
A few times.
hit my head so bad once my hearing got muffled and my vision went all white for a few seconds.
Genuinely believe I used willpower to not knock out.
Yes, I was hit by a car and left in the middle of a busy highway. I was sure I would be dead in a few seconds. I just hoped it would not hurt too much.
In a car accident, I didn't know what would happen right after the impact
Car accidents can definitely be scary
Yes. But. Hope you aren't ever you told you are. Much different experience.
Yes. Long story short, back in 2020 I had a really bad depressive episode. I thought I was going to die on a certain day. It was scary.
yes. i feel that all the time. because i am going to die. everyone is. life is finite.
That’s not exactly what the question is about, but sure buddy 👍
i understand that's not exactly what you're asking. but did you never have short fits of extreme terror to the point of cold sweat when you're contemplating the fact that you're gonna be dead either way one day?
Died three times for couple of minutes and shocked back to the living.
Borderline -- a few close calls -- but no.
Only if i run out of ammo.
Yes during childbirth
Not as of yet.
Luckily my wife stopped choking me after I came.
Always
How so?
I think you’re confused brain damage
No, I haven’t experienced that.
A few times.
When giving birth
