I find myself wanting to have dessert after every time I eat a dinner either a candy bar or ice cream and sometimes I start getting in situation thinking I’ve gotta go to the store because I don’t have dessert tonight. Also I have to have plenty of water in the house sometimes I start getting a little bit of minor anxiety if I start running down to 1 gallon of Zephyrhills drinking spring water because I don’t like to drink city water at all out out of the tap unless I’m out at a water fountain which doesn’t make sense lol

Caffeine. I've quit probably literally 100 times, and I just can't feel normal without it. I've come to the conclusion that there's no point in quitting it. Maybe when I retire.

Nutin, not nutin. I have a small tobacco and alcohol thing going. But I start a new yob this week. Actually I started it last week. I can quit or cut intake of one but the other has hung around for 50 years.
