You choose how to interpret what you go through in life. There really are possibilities created by every situation, it's just up to the individual when you see them.

In July I ended up in hospital again with four conditions that could kill me: DVT, Covid -again 🙄, acute kidney failure and acute liver failure. It's not easy, but I got a week's fully paid rest and peace. There's always a positive, you just have to look for it

Not always. By talling about it you can get closure and support. If you bury it without dealing with it, something could cause it yo bubble up again and combine with whatever brought it up again, making the situation worse.
