Get outside, get sun, stay active and exercise. Sure, that's not a magic cure, but doing the opposite makes 99.99% of people feel worse, so why not feel better?

Before I thought I knew the timeframe and it was something to hold onto but now I don't have anything to look towards to keep me sane. It's like I'm a kite blowing around in a storm
