to find a country that won't send you back to the US might be easier, but... might not be worth it

the Interpol will keep you on a file either way and they can still flag you wherever you go, lol

It probably depends on the country you end up living and how much money that you borrowed. Banks will not loan you money unless you have collateral so the bank will take the collateral. Or maybe if there is reciprocity with the other government you could be arrested for fraud and extradited back to the US.

Also even if you managed that, they would still have your name. You would have to spend a shit-load of additional money to change identity, appearance and such otherwise they would easily find you with the means they have nowadays.
