Anyone gets really annoyed by hypocrites?

They drive me crazy. They’re also very inconsistent. It’s so funny how they love to call people out for things never giving them a chance to defend themselves while at the same time once they’re caught it’s poor pitiful me.

A lot of people do it as projection and deflection. They feel like if they’re the ones calling somebody out for something that people won’t expect them of being someone who does that. There are some people who are on the judge side that don’t do that kind of stuff. I digress.

It’s like somebody who always hates on cheaters. Bashing them but as soon as they’re caught doing much worse here comes the tsunami of excuses, justifications, denials, and the list goes on.

Some people are covert hypocrites. But the ones that REALLY get me are overt ones. The ones who just brazenly. Like let’s say someone calls people a pervert. But they do and say perverted things and get offended when someone else shuts them down. People who are offended at the drop of the hat, but as soon as they offend someone. Oh get over it.

Depends on what they're hypocritical about. In truth, all of us are hypocritical to some degree. If we do not believe we are, then we do not know ourselves well enough.

So, hypocrites annoy me. But I do remember that I could just as easily be them if I grew up like them & had their genetics. So I like to give grace up to a certain point.

My pastor had the best response. He was faced by an agnostic screaming "your church is full of hypocrites"

He responded "nonsense, there's room for one more - come in and join us!"

I've never met anyone free from hypocrisy. Especially parents. Especially myself since I became a father.

It's just how it is. Anyone who claims they're not hypocritical in any way isn't just a hypocrite, they're a delusional hypocrite.

I absolutely cannot stand hypocrites , and I'm not one , I'm honest and always remember what I said , with my children I was completely honest they know everything I did and the reasons for it , there is absolutely no excuse for hypocrisy and its utterly infuriating.
