How do you deal with hypocrites?

In a discussion they seem to get angry easily when you point out they are hypocritical, and they seem to be snowflakes. I find it difficult to deal with them.

I usually become really passive aggressive towards them or I’ve even pretended to have a cerebral point of view and they would do what hypocrites do and go back on what I told them or shared and they would not know what say when they learned they were doing exactly what I wanted em to

Well it’s difficult to criticize most folk, especially hypocrites. It’s first important to acknowledge that pretty much everyone is hypocritical in some way; we all have room for improvement.

That being said though, there is a time to call someone out. Catch them in the act of a contradiction and point it out as politely as possible, maybe go the humour route if it seems viable

If at all possible, don't deal with them at all. It's not like you're going to change them at all. Argue all day long, you're not going to change their minds or wake them up. Best thing is to just avoid them.

People can't handle illogical consistency's but many thrive to not notice them.
And those are the people to stay away from. Rather than the ones who question to find answers.
