People make the mistake of thinking that if someone struggles to live up to what they believe, that they are a hypocrite by necessity. I believe this is a false assessment. Rather, if someone acknowledges their own struggles to live up to a belief or idea whilst promoting they are not being hypocritical rather they are being humble.
It's one thing to promote something without believing it, another to promote something without acting on it, and a third thing to promote something and fail to achieve it or fall short of it.
Hypocrisy is a matter of belief. It's not NECESSARILY a matter of one's words not matching one's actions. The reason we associate words not matching actions with hypocrisy is because it's evidence that a person didn't believe their own words in the first place. However, there are times when you may say something and strive towards it only to fall short. This is not hypocrisy and I think it's true of many people if not everyone. Humans are the apex of life on earth... and yet we're all flawed and we all make mistakes. No one is perfect. Many hold to ideals but can never live up to them. They are not hypocrites if they acknowledge this. They are only hypocrites if they set for themselves a different standard, or show irrefutably that they do not truly hold to their own beliefs or claims

If you're really asking, is everyone imperfect, then of course the answer is yes. To identify someone as a hypocrite, it needs to go to another level, that is, judgmental people who share the traits they criticize, people who actively pretend to be something they are not, etc. All of us have some level self-deception and dishonesty but not all fall into the class of being hypocrites.
Interesting question. I answered A/yes, because everyone is a hypocrite sometimes, about some things. It can be said, and used, in many contexts, but it does mean that anyone is a hyocrite all the time. Therefore, we both are, and aren't hypocrites.
I believe all of us have found ourselves at least once where we were a little hypocritical. Sometimes we change our minds and other times we don't think before we speak. But not many of us are hypocrites all the time. At least I hope so.

i think we should name it kognitive dissonance. kognitive dissonance means conflicting kognitions. kognitions are thoughts, attitudes, opinions, wishes, mindsets, perceptions and intentions. those can conflict amongst each other and also with our or other peoples actions. virtually everybody strives to reduce kognitive dissonance. however we humans are fallible and the failure to eliminate a dissonance would be informally called "hypocrasy". i would say we all fail at reducing kognitive dissonance sometimes and sometimes it may even be impossible to avoid it so i'd say yeah. everyone is a "hypocrite" sometimes.
I don't know. Speaking for myself, I might appear hypocritical at times because I talk about ideals I fail to subscribe to perfectly. For example, I don't think getting drunk is a good thing and try to discourage others, but I do fail and get drunk here and there. :-D But it's like I know and acknowledge I'm a failure, and still need work there, so I don't think that's quite the same as being hypocritical, since I don't pretend like I don't fail.
May as well ask if everyone is a criminal. Well duh, of course we are on a minor scale for things like jay walking, but does that mean we should just throw caution to the wind and go around overtly committing crimes left and right? Should we all just become mega-hypocrites now? Things aren't black and white or entirely on or entirely off. Just because we are hypocrites doesn't mean we shouldn't mitigate that to be as small as it possibly can be and be as truthful in how we express our values and views as we can be.
i have my moments but i wouldn't say i am a hypocrite. i would say that i know a lot of people that are and i don't associate with them.
Everybody is a hypocrite in some way. Those who think they aren't usually just don't have the self-awareness to notice it, or they're just lying.
Hypocrisy is just a word humans created for a concept of something they don’t like. It doesn’t truly exist in nature, it’s just a human perception.
I think to a point we all are. We judge others and are guilty of the same thing but blind to it.
Most people are hypocrites, because its human nature. The hypocrisy maybe small but it's still hypocrisy.
Ex. Some people be complaining about other people excessive speeding but won't bother ever doing the speed limit or close to it.I'm right because it's my beliefs that matter to me.
I don't fit the defination since I pretty much state my opinion. However, I receive a lot of fack because most people, women more so then men, probably because they lack logic, don't want to hear the truth.
That's not the definition of hypocrisy.
Hypocrisy is when you believe or say one thing but do something that goes against what you just did.At some point in time, yes, we are all hypocrites. It's good to be able to know precisely when.
they are people who go on their word. While others influence them to change them
