Would you ever own a pet skunk?

Never as a pet, but there's a skunk in my neighborhood that I've named Alex who I've developed a decent friendship with. We sometimes take walks together in the late evening. He recently crashed a BBQ I hosted. Alex is a very friendly and docile animal I'm certainly not worried about Alex spraying anyone or causing problems.

Only if they deskunk it and it doesn’t have any diseases, would probably need to get as a baby first

Sure they are cute, however they have to be descended. Also you have to make sure you adopt it legally
