What do you think of neighbors who never talk to you but see you?

Those are my neighbors. I no longer find it odd, I'm used to it. I pass by them and move on.
They're rude, so it's their usual behavior.

They seem like good neighbors as long as they don't make a lot of sounds with party's or fireworks every night
