How do you deal with a nosy neighbor?

Thankfully I don't have one in a negative way, but when I moved into my grandfather's old residence (that's where I am staying now when I'm back in the old country) there was this woman who lives in the nearby property (rural area) who started popping up every time I came back home.

She knew me because she lived there when I visited my grandfather has a kid, I sort of remembered her but not that much (she's 35-40 or so now). She enquired why I was moving back there, seemed a bit diffident at first but then started gifting me food she cooked and we often have coffee together or she helps me with the garden. I appreciate that she respects my meatless diet and always brings me vegetarian dishes and so on. Conversely I often give her lifts into town since otherwise she'd have to walk for some kilometers if there's no buses. She's got two late teens children but from what I know the father is out of the picture.

It's illegal to trespass. My state has castle laws and stand your ground. I will assume they can't read the signs the first time.
