Trending & News Lots of things left out, cost of living, including energy bills, transport, owning a car, socialising, cost of insurances, how much you pay into your pension etc.
As those are in £ at £67000 your bonus will be almost half as you get hit by 40% tax on your bonus and your wage. With the £50,000 wage you pay 20% tax. Those house prices point towards being more northern. I would get proper financial advice that asking gag, for example if you pay nothing into a pension, a lot becomes mute as you then need to survive on the state pension at 67.
Depends on growth of properties which is going to come down to demand , and location , you need to look beyond today , look to 10 years time , and make sure you also invest in some great ETFs..
Good Luck.
Those options are both on the low side.
