It's not very good to rear-end a police car, but on the positive side, it shouldn't be too difficult to get a police report.

Yes. My daughter in law was rear ended by a police car as she was waiting at an intersection. Pushed her out into the other street. Because it was a police officer at fault, supervisors had to come. As the word got out, there were cops coming from all over to see the sight and give the cop a well deserved ribbing.

Brake checking a tractor-trailer rig and getting rear ended would be even more stupid. Plenty of videos on YT showing that maneuver!

Motorbikes lane splitting in dangerous situations, ending up getting hurt.

100 km/h is usually the limit, but some motorbikes go upwards of 130 km/h.

Not really dumb. It's just a car whether it is a police car or not. Accidents happen. They're unintentional which is why they are called accidents.
