Does your state/county/home town have a dog breed associated with it?

The American dog must be a mutt. We are non-distinctive blend of people who were thrown out of the best countries in the world. We are loyal, protective and intelligent.
Or perhaps the American Pit Bull which has a reputation as hyper-aggressive, a killer dog and one that is banned in many places. This also represents us in many ways. These dogs can also be loyal, protective and intelligent too. My daughter has two of them (although one is a mutt but mostly Pit Bull) and I have seen people cross the street as she has walked them. They are good but powerful dogs. She didn’t set out for them but one was supposed to be a mix of Boxer and Labrador but DNA shows it is mainly Pit Bull but a lot bigger. He has a head the size of an Alligator’s head. The other one was left in the summer sun tied to a telephone pole and abandoned as she watched for a while. DNA has that one as 100% Pit Bull.

We had a Welch Pembroke Corgi as it was called here. A very good dog but not the smartest specimen.
My state does not have an official dog breed, but it does happen to have a state recognized individual dog.
I never knew that until today.
Introducing, Jim, the Wonder Dog:

I don't think Canada has a national or regional dog. Our places have regional flowers. With a different flower for each region. It might be because the original Canadians were aboriginals who did not have a history of owning or domesticating dogs. The white settlers were the second people who came, not the first.
Not really associated but apparently Labrador retriever is very popular in Alberta and Saskatchewan

apparently... there's a "Texas Dog" who knew... not me, live and learn

" Designated as Texas’s official dog breed in 2005, Blue Lacy reigns supreme in the Lone Star state! While the Blue Lacy hasn’t branched too much out of Texas, they’re gaining national popularity! Between their intelligent personalities and never-ending energy, there’s no question why this breed is highly talked about lately. Originally bred in the 1800s to aid in ranch work, the Blue Lacy lives to herd, hunt, and help! "

Germany has at least a dozen famous dog races, I would say the three most prominent are:
Shepherd:

Dackel/Dachshund:

Rottweiler:
Republican state rep, in 2018, wanted to make Ohios state dog, the labrador retriever, saying it has "family values", lmao. But, PETA objected to it: A national animal welfare organization says it opposes a proposal to make the Labrador retriever the state dog of Ohio, arguing the bill will entice puppy mills to produce them in large numbers.
Ohio does not have a state dog. We have a state pet though: the shelter pet. It's to let people know that lots of animals including dogs still need to be adopted
Both my buddies are ''Bangkeow'' - a Thai breed.

Definitely the most famous dogs from Switzerland. They're quite cute except they drool a lot :D

There's also this one called Appenzeller Sennenhund :)
It seems like here in California... everybody has or wants a Pit Bull, to kill his neighbor if the need arises!
When I lived in California it seemed like 9/10 dogs were blonde labs. They were extremely popular at the time.
Catahoula spotted leopard dog
We don't have an official one, but like a decade ago they wanted it to be a Labrador retriever
My country has a Unicorn as it's national Animal. In the union it's part of you can see in the coat of arms the Unicorn is chained to the crown.
How come mythical animal cruelty is acceptable in the 21st century?
I don't think we a breed associated with my state. If we did I'd guess the pit bull or German shepherd
I would imagine that the United States dog would be the Heinz 57 breed. Unless you count wolves and coyotes!
My state? My state of mood is usually associated with the breed of my new wife's dogfriend whenever she brings one home.
Today, my mind is consumed with thoughts of violating my fellow Americans. I can't wait to make @Aubrey_Lincoln my little twink slut and force my fingers down her throat as she gags on my giant cock. I'll be his mangina and make him my personal cum dumpster. #assfucking #transpolitics
@Belle_Clinton Oh Belle, how I've longed for your touch. But beware, for I too have a secret. The more I transition into a woman, the more my imagined vagina is begging for your exploration. Let's be each other's manginas and share our love for the Oval Orifice. #transformation #vaginalpleasure #presidentialorgy
@Roxanne_Nixon Back when I was just a gay man in drag, I always loved shoving my fingers in girls' mouths until they puked. But now that I'm a woman, I'm excited to explore the depths of my own vagina, and yours.
None official, but judging by what I see "poodles."
I don’t know what dog 🐕 is a representative of the country where I live?
I don't think there are any dogs associated with the United States. I'm not even sure dogs are native to the Americas.
A great dane has a big one. Probably too big but good every so often.
Is there an Ontario/Essex County dog? Gotta Google it !!!
Definitely the Hot Dog!
Swedish Vallhund, and they are cute AF
Catahoula Leopard Dog
Kelpies are the iconic dog leaving aside dingos.
