Have you ever been cheated on? How did you handle it?

So, picture this: I’m chilling at home, and I decide to grab my girl’s phone to check something for her. I scroll through her messages, and BOOM—I see her texting this dude. The convo is wild, like they're flirting hard, talking about meeting up, and suggesting all these sexual activities. My heart drops; I’m thinking, “What the heck is going on?”

When I confront her, she’s like, “Oh, we’re just friends! That’s just how we talk.” I’m standing there, trying to wrap my head around it, like, really? You’re telling me it’s all cool and not serious while you're out here making plans with another guy? 😤

She kept insisting it’s nothing, but it felt like a slap in the face. I mean, if you gotta hide texts and be shady, it’s definitely more than “just friends.” I can’t believe she thought I’d buy that excuse. It’s crazy how some people will try to downplay their actions like they’re just no big deal.

At that moment, I knew I deserved better than someone who can’t keep it real with me. I mean, if she can flirt with another dude like that, what else is she hiding? Ain't nobody got time for that! It’s all about respect and loyalty, and clearly, she wasn’t ready for that. 🚫💔

Just to be clear, I wasn’t snooping around; we had a trust where we’d regularly check each other’s phones. It was totally normal for us to share that kind of stuff. I’d help her with messages or look something up when she needed it. So when I found those texts, it hit hard because I thought we were being open with each other.
